Your mission
- Leadership and Development of the Marketing Team: You will lead an engaged team, support them in their daily work, and help them achieve their goals. The marketing team operates as an internal agency and develops campaigns for the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to ensure continuous growth and revenue increase.
- Customer Marketing: Plan and execute measures for customer retention and maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
- Branding: Further develop our brand strategy to increase brand awareness and perception in the market.
- Consultation and Support: Act as a coach, advising both the sales teams and your own team members on all marketing topics, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Service Providers: Coordinate and work closely with international service providers and agencies.
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Business, or a comparable course of study.
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with initial leadership experience in a tech environment, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Experience in an agency to understand and master the dynamics and requirements of our diverse projects.
- Experience in the SaaS and e-commerce sectors is desirable and advantageous.
- Assertiveness and the ability to motivate a team to achieve high performance.
- Hands-on mentality: You are not only a strategic thinker but also take action to ensure the successful implementation of planned measures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and understandably.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize marketing measures.
- Fluent in German and English.
