2023-09-14 | Service Update: Addressing Recent Performance Issues
We’d like to address some of the performance challenges we’ve recently encountered on app.conceptboard.com and provide an update on the situation.
We began noticing a slight dip in our service performance late Tuesday evening (CET), that got worse during the night. We were able to restore the service to normal operations only in the early morning of Wednesday (CET). The service was stable again during the day, but performance decreases started again in the evening of Wednesday (CET). We were working to get the problems under control through the night, and we have implemented several measures so that the systems are now again stable since this morning around 6:30am (CET).
Understanding the critical role Conceptboard plays for the daily work, we have initiated several corrective measures aimed at ensuring system stability. While we are hopeful that these solutions will rectify the issues, it may necessitate some brief, controlled downtime to implement them effectively. Potential maintenance windows for taking these steps will be announced. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand the impact of such interruptions on productivity and workflow.
Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring Conceptboard’s reliability, and we are sparing no effort in resolving this. We will continue to keep our valued users updated with the latest developments, and we’re aiming to provide more detailed information over the coming hours and days.
