YOUR MISSON
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for
- Lead a customer centric product strategy, roadmap and backlog, ensuring an intuitive and collaborative online environment.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations and key account managers to prioritise, plan, define specifications, develop, launch and measure impact of new features.
- Leverage data analytics, user feedback and market research to inform product decisions, measure impact of new features and identify opportunities.
Your profile
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Multiple years of experience in product management, specifically in the tech industry with a focus on digital productivity tools.
- Business proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- You’re comfortable leading, using available data insights to help your team and peers to make strategic product decisions.
- You excel at analysing and communicating complex topics clearly and concisely across all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- User-centred mindset and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences.
- Demonstrable strong track record of building exceptional products that are what people want to use, not have to use.
- Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritisation and influence.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Data Science or Business Administration.
