Your mission

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Conceptboard, you will analyze sales data and identify trends that drive our revenue growth.  
In this role, you will report directly to the COO, act hands-on and proactively drive our strategic direction with your activities.
Your task is to make strategic recommendations based on the insights gained, which optimize our profit margins and increase customer value at the same time. You will also play a key role in evaluating our internal sales processes to increase sales efficiency. You act as a central interface between the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, promoting synergy and ensuring an efficient process that secures and accelerates our continuous growth.
 
Your tasks:

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the performance of the sales team and the effectiveness of sales strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize processes across all sales channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to set targets, monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities to ensure a consistent customer approach.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work and build relationships across the organization.
  • Independent working style, solution orientation and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
