Your mission

As a Senior Sales Executive at Conceptboard, you will take on a leading role in our sales team and significantly contribute to the growth of our company. Your role encompasses the entire sales process, from the initial contact to the successful conclusion.

Your main tasks include

  • Identifying and approaching key customers and business partners to develop new business opportunities at a higher level.
  • Effectively demonstrating our products and services to lead and successfully conclude complex sales discussions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies in close collaboration with the team and other departments.
  • Creating customized offers and consistently following up on them.
  • Setting and exceeding ambitious sales goals, both individually and as a team. Continuous market observation and competitive analysis.
  • Participating in fairs, conferences, and other important sales and networking events.

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the IT or SaaS sector.
  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong affinity and understanding of technology and SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High motivation, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment.
  • Solid knowledge in the field of sales and customer service.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
