Your mission

Would you like to gain practical experience in an international SaaS company and help shape the digital transformation in public administration? As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will support our Growth Team Public Sector in the areas of Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing. You combine creativity with a meticulous working style and enjoy working with digital tools and direct customer contact.

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Create engaging and target audience-specific content, such as interactive boards, articles, videos, and social media posts.
  • Assist in the development of enablement materials for customers, such as tutorials and training resources.
  • Contribute to marketing projects, such as creating case studies, success stories, and newsletters.

Support in Customer Success & Account Management

  • Analyze customer accounts, including usage data and KPIs, to generate relevant insights.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and adoption strategies.
  • Attend customer meetings, e.g., for documentation or as a supportive contact person.

Organization & Team Support

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Marketing Managers to implement strategic projects.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities in processes and data maintenance.

Your profile

  • You are a registered student (m/f/d) in a relevant field such as Communication Studies, Marketing, Media Studies, Business Informatics, or similar.
  • Creativity and experience working with digital media and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and a keen eye for data analysis and maintenance.
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools, CRM systems, and social media is a plus.
