Your mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Process Engineer to optimize and enhance our core business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), onboarding, subscription management, billing, and data analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, redesign, and implement efficient workflows that align with business objectives while leveraging CRM tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot, salesforce or billing solutions like billwerk, and analytic solutions like Matomo.
Sales Process Optimization and Management
Analyze, design, and implement improvements in core processes:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Streamline lead capturing, scoring, and qualification processes.
- CRM and Sales Pipeline Management: Optimize workflows within Pipedrive lead tracking, sales forecasting, and deal progression.
- Customer Onboarding: Develop onboarding processes that ensure a smooth transition from sales to active usage.
- Subscription and Contract Management: Ensuring efficient invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliation. Enhance automation and accuracy in subscription lifecycle management.
Marketing Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize Marketing Tools (like Matomo/Brevo) to design and implement dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer engagement, and billing.
- Interpret data trends to recommend actionable improvements in business operations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between departments (Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless integration of processes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to adopt new processes and tools effectively.
Agile Process Improvement
- Apply agile methods (e.g., Kanban) to design, implement, and iterate business processes.
- Use tools like low-code/no-code platforms (N8N) to automate workflows and enable faster delivery of process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative changes.
Process Documentation and Governance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, systems, and process improvements to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Develop standards and best practices for process management and automation.
Your profile
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization and business process engineering.
- Proficiency with tools such as Pipedrive, billwerk, and Matomo (or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
- Knowledge of process governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
