A central tool for collaborative working
With around 11,000 employees, LBBW is Germany’s largest state bank and enables location-independent working. Like many other companies, the bank was faced with the challenge of how teams could work on joint tasks across different locations and in a virtual space: ‘We had various applications for collaborative working, but we wanted to focus on a central tool. Our focus was primarily on the joint development of concepts and the organisation of purely virtual and hybrid meetings and workshops. It was also important for us to integrate central functions such as a Kanban board,’ summarises Rüdiger Kinzel, one of over 30 Agile Coaches at the bank.
