You access Conceptboard through a secure and encrypted connection. Boards are private, and can only be viewed by sharing the unique encrypted board link, or by allowing access to specific users. See more about our security policy.

There’s no obligation or cost associated with the trial, and no credit card is required. You get full professional features for 30 days to try out with your team! At the end of the trial, your account will automatically be paused and your boards will stay saved. When your account is paused, you can reactivate it at any time. Read more.

Enterprise plans require an annual contract. For premium and business plans, you can choose month-to-month, quarterly, or annual subscriptions for the number of team users that you have. You can add and remove users at any time. You can also manually downgrade your team to a free plan without a cancellation charge, however refunds are not possible for subscriptions that have already been billed.

Guests are non registered board visitors with access rights to edit (paid plans), review or read boards. This means guests do not have to sign up to visit a board, and paid accounts do not get billed for guests. Bear in mind, guests can’t receive or send @mentions, alerts, or task assignments. On the Enterprise plan the guests option can be disabled ensuring that only user from your Conceptboard account may access your content.

Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription if you chose the Monthly billing option. You’ll be charged a prorated fee for adding new users.

No, if you are using Conceptboard on a Free plan, you can invite Guests with Reader or Reviewer permission. If you are on a Premium or Business plan, you can invite
Guests with Editor, Reader or Reviewer permission to your public boards. Learn more.

Yes, team members can be divided into subgroups through Projects. You can create separate project folders for different groups and invite the corresponding users to them in order to have separate areas for everyone to work in.
