UX Designer (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced mid-weight UX Designer to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive and user-centered interfaces for our online digital whiteboards.

• Shaping and following the design process from concept to launch
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to understand business requirements and develop user-oriented solutions
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Contributing to the overall product strategy and direction
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various devices and platforms
• Continuously optimising and improving existing designs based on user feedback

• Working closely with developers to ensure precise and efficient implementation of designs

Your profile

• Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in a software or technology company
• Experience in visual design (with a focus on UI) including creating and using Design Systems
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Sketch, creating high and low fidelity prototypes and UI deliverables for developers
• Experience creating both low- and high-fidelity wireframes
• An understanding of usability testing techniques and processes and a willingness to conduct interviews
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, e.g., icon design
• Experience in scale-ups and cross-functional collaboration – including some stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
• Initial experience in developing AI-based solutions
• Excellent English skills required, German skills are a plus
• Some knowledge or experience with topics such as AI, security and accessibility are a welcome bonus
