The Growth Lead for the Velocity Team is responsible for a high-volume, transactional sales and customer success model, focusing on deals under €10,000. This role requires expertise in scalable, tech-driven sales and onboarding processes. The main objectives are to optimize the customer acquisition funnel, drive user engagement through automated onboarding programs, and manage a highly efficient team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Growth Lead oversees a cross-functional team of sales, customer success, and marketing professionals. The role emphasizes achieving growth targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
