You will be part of our Customer Support & Implementation Consulting team and provide our customers with consultant-level support for technical issues. At the same time, you will be an important interface to our IT operations and development teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the technical contact person for our customers as well as for second and third level support internally.
  • You will support customer projects related to deployment, integration, migration, and setup of our software.
  • You will advise customers and colleagues on use cases, integrations, and technical possibilities of our system landscape (frontend & backend).
  • You will work closely with Customer Success, Key Account Management, IT Operations, and Product.
  • You will take on technical projects at the interface between customers, IT Ops, and third-level support—e.g., for releases or system changes.
  • You will coordinate feature requests, releases, and necessary measures on the customer side.
  • You will document bugs, solutions, and workarounds and help to build up knowledge in a sustainable manner
  • You will support our growth teams with detailed technical questions

Your profile

  • You have in-depth IT expertise, e.g. as a system administrator, IT specialist, or ambitious career changer.
  • You have experience with SaaS solutions and modern IT system landscapes.
  • You understand technical contexts and can explain them in a customer-oriented and understandable way.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and enjoy seeing things through to completion.
  • You are team-oriented, pragmatic, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
