Conceptboard Cloud Service GmbH has reached a significant milestone: In March 2025, the company successfully completed recertification for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and was awarded two new international certifications: ISO/IEC 27017 for cloud service security and ISO/IEC 27018 for the protection of personal data in cloud environments.

These achievements follow a comprehensive external audit conducted by Deloitte, confirming the effectiveness and maturity of Conceptboard’s security and privacy processes.

For customers and users, this means: Maximum protection of their personal data in the cloud – guaranteed by internationally recognised security standards.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management, Up to Date

The successful recertification under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 proves that Conceptboard maintains a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS), fully aligned with the latest risk scenarios in today’s digital landscape. The updated 2022 standard places greater emphasis on emerging threats, business continuity, and proactive incident response.

For customers – whether IT managers or project leads – this means greater trust in the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their data.

ISO/IEC 27017 – Tailored Security for Cloud Services

This standard provides specific guidance on implementing strong security controls in cloud environments. It defines clear responsibilities for both cloud providers and users, ensuring a secure and reliable digital workspace. By achieving this certification, Conceptboard validates its cloud infrastructure as safe and stable – a solid choice for organizations that rely on secure collaboration.

ISO/IEC 27018 – Privacy Protection for Personal Data in the Cloud

Particularly relevant for public institutions, healthcare providers, and privacy-conscious industries, the new ISO/IEC 27018 certification underscores Conceptboard’s commitment to protecting personally identifiable information (PII). This certification ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with international privacy laws, minimizing risk and safeguarding customer and end-user data.

What This Means for You:

  • Verified reliability: All systems and processes meet international best practices in information security and data protection.
  • Cloud confidence: Certified cloud infrastructure ensures secure, seamless collaboration.
  • Data privacy assurance: Strong controls aligned with GDPR and global privacy regulations.
  • Reduced risk exposure: Proactive security measures enhance system resilience.
  • Compliance readiness: Perfectly suited for public tenders and regulated environments.

Conclusion:

These certifications further strengthen Conceptboard’s position as a secure and trusted platform for digital collaboration. Whether you’re in the public sector, a medium-sized business, or a global enterprise – if security, compliance, and resilience matter to you, Conceptboard is a reliable partner.
