Your mission
As a Growth Lead for the Velocity Team, you will lead an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Your focus will be on optimizing scalable sales and onboarding strategies for smaller deals under €10k. You will define processes, drive customer acquisition, and ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy for high-volume, low-touch sales.
- Lead an interdisciplinary team, setting KPIs and goals.
- Own the budget and focus on ROI optimization.
- Optimize tech-touch sales funnels and conversion rates.
- Implement efficient workflows and automation.
- Develop and optimize tech-touch onboarding programs to accelerate customer success.
- Monitor adoption metrics to enable early intervention.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales or growth leadership roles, ideally in the SaaS industry.
- Experience with tech-touch sales models and automation tools.
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Practical experience with SaaS sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
