UPDATE 13:20PM CET The Conceptboard public instance is up and running again!
Our enterprise dedicated instances were not affected in any way by the outage.
We want to thank all of our users for their patience this morning (or afternoon depending on your part of the world), and want to reassure you that your data was safe and backed up the entire time. More details to follow!
UPDATE 10:30AM CET We’re very sorry for the extended outage, but wanted to reassure you that your data is backed up and safe!
We will probably need another 3 hours to get everything up and running again.
