Your mission

As an Enterprise Account Manager in the German speaking market, you play a major role in our future growth and business development. Together with our Customer Success Team, you develop our key accounts through leveraging our existing business relationships, innovative account-based marketing strategies and our excellent reputation in the market.
As part of a highly motivated and energetic team with excellent Customer Success Managers, you will identify, nurture and fill growth opportunities of our customers in various industries. You will identify the decision makers and key stakeholders in our customer organizations, demonstrate and argue the added value which Conceptboard brings to organizations and their modern working models to form long lasting alliances and strong partnerships. In coordination with the marketing, sales, and customer success team, you will lead the growth and the further implementation of Conceptboard as critical collaboration infrastructure in our target markets.

  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise and key accounts
  • Help our customers and their organizations to leverage Conceptboard as part of their critical productivity tool landscape
  • Support the customer success managers with the implementation of upselling initiatives and adoption campaigns
  • Assist the customer success managers to assess their customers potential, needs and provide the relevant support to achieve growth
  • Maintain and further develop our Customer Success / Key Account growth technique library and assist account managers in their execution
  • Coordinate and implement account-based marketing strategies together with the Customer Success managers 
  • Lead long lasting and complex sales cycles and the negotiations
  • Intelligently leverage all internal departments and resources for the successful growth
  • Ensure professional documentation of your actions and discussions in our CRM tool
  • Assist department leadership in strategic growth planning and forecasting

Your profile

  • Several years of technology related sales, business development or consulting experience
  • Track record in customer acquisition roles like inside sales or demand generation
  • Good understanding into company structures, their internal decision-making processes and general business trends
  • Strong verbal and written communications in English and German
  • University degree or equivalent working experience


  • Experience in driving adoption of new technologies and solutions
  • Worked at/with tech startups in the past
  • Previous Cloud expertise at a technology company
  • Prior experience of working abroad/internationally
